How same-day pickup works

    Paid as the car is collected

    Payment comes when the car is collected, and before you sign the title over. Agree the amount on the call. Details are in how you get paid.

Timing questions

How long is the day, form to tow?

From the form to the call is up to 15 minutes. From the call to the pickup depends on the time of day and where the car sits; a same-day pickup is often possible. We don't quote minutes for the curbside visit because it depends on the spot.

Is there anything to pay?

No towing charge. Towing is free, and it doesn't come out of the offer.

Can I stop partway?

Yes. Until you've been paid and signed the title, you can say no at any stop.
