This policy covers instantcashforjunkcars.com, the website of Instant Cash for Junk Cars. It explains what we collect when you use the quote form, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

The fields on the quote form

When you ask for an offer, you give us the car's year, make and model, whether you have the title, your name, your phone number and the pickup address. It also notes that the request came through this website. That's everything. We don't ask for your date of birth, your license number or any payment details on this site.

What we do with it

We use those details for one job: to call you back, give you an offer, and arrange the pickup if you accept. We may call the number you gave us about that request. Your details aren't sold, and they don't go onto any marketing list.

The form sends your request to the service we use to receive and manage pickup requests. It's used only to get your request to us.

What the website itself records

This site doesn't set advertising cookies and doesn't run analytics tracking. Like any website, the servers that deliver the pages may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and to keep the site running.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as we need them to handle the pickup and keep a record of the sale, and no longer than that.

Having your details deleted

If you'd like us to delete the details you sent, tell us when we call, or at any time after. We'll remove them unless we need to keep a record of a completed sale.

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect details from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
