These terms apply when you use instantcashforjunkcars.com or ask Instant Cash for Junk Cars for an offer on a vehicle. By sending the quote form, you agree to them.

Offers

An offer is based on what you tell us about the vehicle: year, make, model, title status, condition and anything missing. It applies to the vehicle as described. If the vehicle at pickup is materially different from the description, we may revise the offer or decline to buy it, and you may decline the revised offer. No sale takes place until you've been paid and have signed over the title or ownership documents.

Ownership

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are the person entitled to sell it. At pickup we ask to see the title, or, where there is no title, the papers we confirmed with you on the call under Illinois rules, along with photo ID that matches. We may decline a vehicle when ownership isn't clear.

Pickup and towing

Towing is free; no towing charge is deducted from the offer. We give you a pickup time on the call. A same-day pickup is often possible but not guaranteed, since it depends on timing, access to the vehicle and driver availability. You're responsible for making sure the tow truck can reach the vehicle and for removing your belongings before it's taken.

Payment

You're paid at pickup, when the vehicle is collected, by Cash App, Zelle, another digital payment or cash. The amount is agreed on the call. Offers have no expiry date.

After the sale

You're responsible for anything the state requires of a seller, such as telling the Illinois Secretary of State that you no longer own the vehicle.
